In the Budget Year 2013, The Technology Clinic, Science Park of the Lower North, Naresuan University, provided technological information consultations and services to 13 activities, with funding from Ministry of Science and Technology.
The Technology Clinic, Naresuan University, showcases the local products in order to propagate the knowledge and transfer the technology for further development based on the applications of local outputs as compositions in the products. The local communities can make use of this activity to supplement their household incomes and to reduce the household expenditures. Moreover, the services that provide appropriate technological consultations to promote the process of producing local outputs that will generate additional incomes for the local people will result in continual development in the community and life quality promotion in the society. The Technology Clinic, Naresuan University, aims to conduct the project for knowledge propagation, technology transfer, consultation and technological information services, and science and technology knowledge promotion to science and technology volunteers that will benefit the knowledge and technology transfers to the communities in 2 activities as follows:
1. Activity 1: Training to transfer the technology and to provide consultations of the scientific and technological information for producing transparent soap bars containing natural herbal extracts
2. Activity 2: Training to transfer the technology and to provide consultations of the scientific and technological information for producing herbal compresses, aromatic candles and shampoos with natural herbal extracts
